Has Death Won?

I live everyday trying to supress ghosts of days gone by
It hurts so bad, some days I pray to die
I want to live and love
But I fear those days are gone
The days of gentleness like a dove
I fear death may have won

  1. as long as you are writing like this Darren, death hasn’t won. as long as you are feeling, and wanting to love, and to understand, and feel more, you are still alive… there is more in you than most of us will ever know…
